You can earn and accumulate credit through the Share the Style & Earn program or via promotional codes.
Your credit is automatically applied to any outstanding payment - whether it’s the stylist service fee, when you confirm your Checkout, or a purchase in the Shop.
If your credit balance exceeds the purchase amount, the remaining balance will stay in your profile for future payments. Conversely, if your credit balance is less than the purchase amount, we will charge the difference to the payment method linked to your profile.
You can always check your balance in My Account > Credit.
Please note that credit does not expire, but it cannot be transferred to another account or redeemed for cash.
