Absolutely! If you have an active Plan, you can cancel your current box from My Account > Your Plan, and the system will automatically schedule a new box according to your Plan.
If you have a one-time Plan, you can also cancel your box from the same section.
Please note that if we've started preparing your box, it won't be possible to cancel it.
Alternatively, you can change the date you want to receive your box by going to My account >Your Plan.
