At OUTFITTERY, we prepare all our shipments with care to ensure the best possible experience. If you have received your box in poor condition or it is incomplete, we apologise and will get to work to resolve the issue.
Please let us know via the contact form, attaching photos of the condition of the box and the items received.
Similarly, if you see that your box is damaged upon delivery, you can refuse it and it will be returned directly to the warehouse.
