We’d love to have you with us for the long haul, but if you want to pause your Autopilot, you can do so anytime by going to My Account > Your Plan > Manage My Plan > Edit Autopilot.
Simply activate the “One-off” option or click “Cancel Autopilot” in this section to enjoy the flexibility of receiving orders only when it suits you.
If you have an active order you’d like to cancel as well, you can do this from Your Plan too - just keep in mind that cancellation is only possible if your stylist hasn’t started preparing your order yet.
