It's a shame that an item from your order wasn't quite the fit, but if it doesn't fit, it doesn't fit.
Returns are free and you have 15 days from the delivery date to register an item to be returned.
Go to the Orders section of Shop, select the appropriate order and indicate which items you want to return.
You can reuse the original packaging from the order and fasten the return label (included inside) on it, then drop it off at an Evri drop-off location that is convenient for you.
