How does the checkout process work?
In Checkout – your online return area – you’ll see all the items from your box at a glance.
You can decide which items to keep, which to return, and choose a different size for any you’d like to exchange.
How long do I have to decide?
You have 7 days from receiving your box to try everything on at home, finalize your selection, and return the items you don’t want to keep.
How do I finalize my selection online?
It’s simple:

Log in and open your online checkout area.

Choose your items: which ones are you keeping? Which are you returning? Do you want to exchange any for a different size?
- Confirm your selection. Your order is confirmed, and you only pay for what you keep.
How do I return items?
Returns are completely free:

If your order contains footwear, please place the items you wish to return inside the box using the return label you will find inside.
If, on the other hand, you have not received any footwear, please place the items you do not wish to keep in the return bag you will find in the box. - Return to your nearest drop-off point Evri Parcel Shop.
