How does the checkout process work?
In Checkout – your online return area – you’ll see all the items from your box at a glance.
You can decide which items to keep, which to return, and choose a different size for any you’d like to exchange.
How long do I have to decide?
You have 7 days from receiving your box to try everything on at home, finalize your selection, and return the items you don’t want to keep.
How do I finalize my selection online?
It’s simple:

Log in and open your online checkout area.

Choose your items: which ones are you keeping? Which are you returning? Do you want to exchange any for a different size?
- Confirm your selection. Your order is confirmed, and you only pay for what you keep.
How do I return items?
Returns are completely free:

Place all items you’re not keeping in the provided return bag.

Important for shoes: please use the OUTFITTERY box.

Drop your package off at an Evri drop-off location.
