It is not possible to modify or cancel a size change. If you ultimately do not want to accept the size change, you can refuse the order at the time of delivery.
If the new size does not fit you either, you will find a return label inside the order. You can return the item at an Evri Drop off Point.
However, if you have not received the label, please contact us via our form so we can assist you.
Once the item arrives at our warehouse and we verify that everything is in order, we will adjust your checkout billing, process the corresponding refund, and send you a confirmation email.
